Effective: April 30, 2026
By creating an account or using Card Library (the "Service"), operated by Joseph Condon ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service includes the Card Library website and iOS application, which allow you to catalog, organize, and track your trading card collection — sports cards (baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer) and trading card games (Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Lorcana, and others).
To use Card Library, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
You may register using an email address and password, or through Sign in with Apple. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You agree to use Card Library only for its intended purpose of managing your personal trading card collection. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any personal data you enter into Card Library, including notes, ratings, purchase information, wishlist entries, and folder organization. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as needed to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Collection values and pricing estimates are provided for informational purposes only, are based on third-party marketplace data, and should not be relied upon for insurance, tax, or financial decisions.
Card Library integrates with multiple external catalog and pricing APIs to provide card, player, set, and manufacturer information — including Scryfall (Magic: The Gathering), pokemontcg.io (Pokemon), YGOPRODeck (Yu-Gi-Oh), Lorcast (Lorcana), and eBay (sports cards and pricing comps). This data is subject to each provider's terms of use.
Card images, player photos, set covers, and manufacturer logos displayed within the Service are the property of their respective rights holders (card manufacturers, leagues, publishers, and game companies including Topps, Panini, Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Konami, Ravensburger, and others) and are displayed for identification purposes only.
Grading-company brand names (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, HGA) and grade designations are trademarks of their respective grading services. Card Library is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any grading service, card manufacturer, league, or game publisher.
The Card Library name, logo, and branding are the property of Joseph Condon. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Card Library offers a free plan that includes core collection management features with the following limits:
Card Library+ is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features including:
We reserve the right to modify free plan limits and Plus features at any time. Existing functionality available at the time you subscribe will be maintained for the duration of your active subscription period.
Subscription billing is processed by RevenueCat through Apple's App Store (for iOS purchases) or Stripe (for web purchases). By subscribing, you also agree to the applicable payment processor's terms of service. We do not directly store or process your payment card information.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region and platform. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
After cancellation, you retain access to Plus features until the end of your current billing period. Once your subscription expires, your account reverts to the free plan. Your collection data is preserved — you will not lose any cards, but access to Plus-only features will be restricted, and the free-plan card limit will apply to additions made after the downgrade (existing cards above the limit remain visible and editable).
Refund eligibility depends on your purchase platform. App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Web purchases are subject to RevenueCat and Stripe's refund policies. For refund requests, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Card Library+ subscribers can export their collection data in CSV format at any time through the app. If your subscription expires, you can still view all your collection data through the app but will not be able to generate new CSV exports until you resubscribe.
We strive to keep Card Library available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card Library and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Collection value estimates are derived from third-party marketplace data (primarily eBay sold-comparable sales) and are not guaranteed to be accurate, current, or representative of any particular sale. They should not be used as the sole basis for insurance, tax, or other financial decisions, and they are not appraisals.
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your collection data, folders, wishlist items, activity history, and personal information.
If you have an active Card Library+ subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription with the payment provider. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid continued billing.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Where possible, we will provide notice before taking such action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If you have questions about these Terms of Service, please contact us.
